The Step-by-Step Reservation Process for Your Kitten

We strive to make the kitten reservation process as smooth and transparent as possible. Here’s a simple breakdown of how everything works, so you feel cared for and confident every step of the way.☺️

Every family receives a confident kitten with a lovely upbringing and only from our best parents! While each kitten has their own personality and quirks, at minimum they are affectionate, friendly, and not shy. They’re raised to be a joy to live with.

Kitten Pricing and Deposits

• All kittens regardless of gender, color, or markings: $4500
• Deposit: $1500 (non-refundable and non-transferable, applied toward balance)
• Waitlist: $500 non-refundable. Transferable to another litter until your chosen litter is born. Applied to balance.
• Retired adults: $2500. These are beloved parents who have been spayed/neutered and are ready for forever homes.
• Special needs cats & kittens: $500–$1500. These may include kittens with a birth defect or unique requirement, placed into special homes.

Payment Methods: Zelle, Invoice, Check (deposits only) or Cash
(No personal checks at pickup)

Location and Transportation

We am located in Pennsylvania and offer nationwide transport with our trusted flight nanny.

• Flight nanny cost: $500–$550+ (depending on distance).
• Airport: Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) or Newark.
• Flights & pickups: We work with your schedule.

What’s Included With Your Kitten

Your kitten will go home:

• Spayed/Neutered Contract
• Vaccinated: 1st, 2nd FVRCP + Rabies
• Microchipped
• Dewormed
• Covered with a 2-year replacement warranty + FELV/FIV warranty
• Parents’ pedigrees and genetic testing results
• 30 days of free Health Insurance

You’ll also receive:

• Digital care packet
• Complete medical history
• Grooming acclimation notes
• A go-home toy gift bag

How the Reservation Process Works

Step 1: Initial Contact

When you first reach out, we’ll chat about your ideal kitten—preferences like gender, color, temperament, and energy level. While we can’t guarantee exact temperament, I’ll share everything I know from past kittens and parents so you can make an informed decision.

Step 2: Waitlist

From time to time, we open $500 waitlist spots for upcoming pairings. When kittens are born, waitlist families are notified in order. At that point, a $1500 deposit secures your kitten.

Step 3: Reserving Your Spot

• Ready kitten: $1500 deposit required.
• Unborn litter: $500 waitlist agreement, applied to balance.
• Selection always follows deposit order.

If a gender you reserved isn’t born, your deposit will move to the next available litter of your choice.

Step 4: Agreements and Contracts

Once your spot is secured, you’ll receive contracts via email:

• Waitlist Agreement – outlines expectations and deposits.
• Sales Contract & Replacement Warranty – applies to specific kitten reservations.

Step 5: Growing & Updates

• Shared Google Folder link with litter updates every 2 weeks.
• Once kittens are chosen, you’ll get a personal Google Folder link.
• Video meet and greet if desired

Step 6: Choosing Your Kitten

At 9–10 weeks, kittens are chosen in order of deposit. Personalities are still developing, but I provide:

• Plenty of photos & videos
• Video call if needed to meet kittens
• Notes on emerging traits

Step 7: Preparing for Your Kitten

I’ll guide you through:

• Food and Space Setups
• Supply lists to have everything ready
• Health insurance setup 2–4 weeks before pickup
• Vet appointment planning (within 3–10 days after pickup)

Step 8: Going Home

Kittens are ready at 12 weeks. (13–15 weeks, after spay/neuter recovery if neutered by our veterinarian).

• Pick-ups: Mondays-Fridays
• Flight nanny transport: Scheduled 2–4 weeks in advance (fees start at $500)

Step 9: After Adoption Support

Once your kitten goes home, you’re not on your own. You don’t have to check in with us on a schedule, but we are always here if you need anything. Whether you’ve got a quick question, want some advice as your kitten grows, or just feel like sending me a photo update, we love to hear how they are doing. Registeration papers are given after proof of spay/neuter is confirmed.

FAQs

Do your cats shed?
Yes, they shed to some degree. Regular brushing keeps coats healthy.

Do kittens need a companion?
They thrive with companionship. Solo kittens bond deeply but require extra engagement from you.

Are your cats health tested?
Yes. Every breeding cat is tested for genetic, infectious, and structural health. Any cat producing health issues is retired from my program.
